Leona Plus – Amazing Benefits for Residents
Leona Plus is our resident benefit program, available free of charge through the MyLeona app. We offer valuable perks to enhance your living experience. Leona Plus includes discounts from our partners and local services, as well as many other tailor-made benefits just for our residents.

Leona Flex – Flexible Home Exchange
Leona Flex makes moving between Leona homes easy and flexible. We ensure your home evolves with your life — whether you need a larger or smaller apartment or are relocating to another city. When moving from one Leona home to another, you can move without a notice period and receive two weeks of free moving time to make your move as stress-free as possible.

Pets Always Welcome
We warmly welcome pets to Leona homes because a home isn’t complete without all family members. It’s important to us that the whole family feels at home — including those with paws or tails. Many Leona buildings feature pet-friendly solutions, such as easy-access entrances and nearby outdoor areas.
How do I download the MyLeona app?
We will launch the MyLeona app on Monday, 12 May 2025.
You can download the MyLeona app from your phone’s app store. Through MyLeona, you can book shared facilities in your building, such as the laundry room, sauna, or parking space. You can also easily submit a maintenance request for your apartment or the building’s common areas. In addition, you can contact Leona’s customer service via the in-app messaging feature.
