Sustainable living

Our sustainability vision is to develop human centric real estate with a net positive environmental impact. Guided by our vision we have set an ambitious strategy and sustainability programme including detailed long and short- term annual targets for the period 2023– 2026. In our strategy, we have identified the environmental, social and governance focus areas which are most relevant to us and through which we can create the biggest impact.

Promoting Sustainability Across Our Residential Properties
We are actively working to enhance sustainability in our residential properties. Examples of initiatives we have implemented include:
- Renewable energy: Purchasing renewable electricity in common areas and renewable heating
- On-site renewable energy: Installing solar panels and ground source heat pumps
- Water Conservation: Installing low-flow fixtures
- Social Spaces: Creating social and green areas such as gardens, playgrounds and other public spaces
- Sustainable Transportation: Providing bicycle racks to encourage sustainable transportation
- Green Building Certifications: Certifying properties with certification schemes such as BREEAM, LEED, or DGNB
