Giveaway Terms and Conditions

1. ORGANIZER

This giveaway is organized by CapMan Real Estate Oy and Leona-kodit. It is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram.

2. ELIGIBILITY

The giveaway is open to all adults (18+) with a Finnish personal identity code. Employees of the organizer and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

3. GIVEAWAY PERIOD

The giveaway begins on May 7, 2025 and ends on [May 31, 2025 at 23:59]. Participation must occur within this time frame.

4. HOW TO PARTICIPATE

To participate:

  • Follow [@leonakodit.fi] on Instagram
  • Like the giveaway post
  • Comment on the post: What does Leona’s slogan “luontevasti kotona” mean to you? Tag a friend who is looking for a new home
  • The winner will be drawn from among all commenters

Note: Participants must ensure their Instagram settings allow private messages after the giveaway ends.

5. PRIZE

The winner will receive €10,000 in rental credit, which can only be used for rent at a Leona home (excluding utility fees such as water charges, parking spaces, etc.). The prize cannot be exchanged for cash. The rental credit becomes available from September 1, 2025 and must be used by the end of 2026. The prize requires an active rental agreement with Leona-kodit starting no later than September 1, 2025. Changing apartments within Leona-kodit is allowed once during the benefit period. The prize will not be applied retroactively or refunded if the lease ends. It cannot be transferred to a third party. The rental credit requires the winner to be 18 years old and meet Leona’s general rental eligibility criteria.

6. TAXATION

The prize is not taxable income for the recipient. The organizer will report the prize value to the Finnish Tax Administration in accordance with current legislation for lottery tax purposes.

7. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible participants and contacted via Instagram private message on June 2, 2025. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, a new winner will be drawn. The winner will be notified only once. The winner’s identity and rental eligibility will be verified before awarding the prize.

8. DATA PRIVACY

Participants’ personal data will be processed only in connection with the giveaway and will not be shared with third parties.

9. OTHER TERMS

The organizer reserves the right to modify or cancel the giveaway without notice if necessary. The organizer is not responsible for any technical issues affecting participation. The organizer reserves the right to verify compliance with the rules and to disqualify any participant or invalidate a win if the rules have been violated or if participation is deemed fraudulent.
