Am I allowed to paint the walls?

Leona Homes is currently piloting a paint benefit concept, which gives residents the opportunity to personalize their home using selected shades from Leona’s color palette, as well as to repair, if they wish, normal wear from everyday living or small marks left by wall fixtures.

The paint benefit is currently available only in a limited number of Leona properties. If your home is included in the paint benefit, you will receive separate, more detailed instructions on how to use the benefit when you sign your lease agreement. In other properties, residents are not allowed to paint the walls of their Leona home on their own initiative, except for any restoration of the walls at the end of the tenancy.
