MyLeona -tenant App
MyLeona is the mobile app for Leona homes, making it easy to manage all aspects of your living experience. App is available for both Android and iOS. You can find it in your phone’s app store by searching for “MyLeona”.
In MyLeona, you can:
- Conveniently book club rooms and laundry facilities
- Submit maintenance requests
- Terminate your lease

The OmaLeona tenant portal is available to you whenever it suits you best. In the portal, you will find everything you need for a smooth living experience:

With Leona Flex, you can easily move from one Leona home to another. We make the home swapping process simple, so your home fits your changing life situation – whether you want to move to a different-sized apartment or relocate to a new city. When you move from one Leona home to another, you can do so without notice periods, and we offer a week of free moving time!
Leona Plus – Tenant Benefit Program
Leona Plus is our exclusive benefit program for residents, offering amazing perks that everyone can enjoy for free via the MyLeona tenant app. We provide a wide range of valuable benefits to our residents, bringing added value to their daily lives.
Pets Are Always Welcome
Pets are always welcome in Leona homes, because a home is only complete when all family members are included. It’s important to us that everyone feels at home – including those with paws or tails. Many of our Leona buildings offer pet-friendly features, such as accessible entrances and nearby outdoor areas for walks.
Frequently asked questions about living in a Leona home

Please notify Leona’s rental administration team about the change. Contact details are available in the OmaLeona app and on the “Contact” section of our website.

You can update your contact details for your landlord through the MyLeona app.

You can report disturbances to Leona customer service via the MyLeona app. Our team will forward the matter to the property manager. Please make note of the dates and times of any disturbances. A written warning requires written complaints from at least two different apartments regarding the same incident.

House rules can be found on the building’s notice boards or in the MyLeona app.

Tenants are not allowed to paint the walls in Leona homes unless it is to restore the original condition when moving out.

Light, single picture hooks are allowed. For larger installations (e.g. wall bolts), the tenant is responsible for restoring the walls at the end of the tenancy. .

Sauna and laundry bookings are made through the OmaLeona app. Please note that not all Leona buildings have these facilities.

You can find the maintenance company’s contact information in the OmaLeona app and on the notice board at the building’s entrance.

You can submit a maintenance request through the MyLeona app under the “Maintenance requests” section. In urgent cases requiring immediate attention, please call the maintenance company’s emergency number.

Smoking is not allowed in Leona apartments. The smoking ban also applies to balconies and the property’s outdoor areas.
