Living

Please notify Leona’s rental administration team about the change. Contact details are available in the OmaLeona app and on the “Contact” section of our website.

You can update your contact details for your landlord through the MyLeona app.

You can report disturbances to Leona customer service via the MyLeona app. Our team will forward the matter to the property manager. Please make note of the dates and times of any disturbances. A written warning requires written complaints from at least two different apartments regarding the same incident.

House rules can be found on the building’s notice boards or in the MyLeona app.

Tenants are not allowed to paint the walls in Leona homes unless it is to restore the original condition when moving out.

Light, single picture hooks are allowed. For larger installations (e.g. wall bolts), the tenant is responsible for restoring the walls at the end of the tenancy. .

Sauna and laundry bookings are made through the OmaLeona app. Please note that not all Leona buildings have these facilities.
