What do our residents think about Leona homes?

This summer, our resident survey gave us a valuable opportunity to hear directly from our residents about their experiences and thoughts on the Leona concept. The results confirmed what matters most to us – Leona homes feel like places where people enjoy living.

Residents’ experiences with Leona

We received 636 responses to the survey, providing valuable insights into what works well at Leona and where we can still improve. The answers conveyed a strong message: Leona is seen not only as a reliable landlord but also as a cozy, feel-good home.

  • 93% perceive Leona positively or neutrally
  • 80% would recommend Leona as a landlord
  • Residents describe Leona with words like: youthful, fresh, reliable, trendy, people-oriented
  • The new visual identity is considered stylish, colorful, and approachable
  • Special praise goes to the homes’ peacefulness, cleanliness, good location, and proximity to services

One respondent summarized their feelings as follows:

“A beautiful and functional home in a great building… I hope this will be my last home. I enjoy living here so much.”

Ideas for improvement and valuable feedback

Residents also gave us a lot of valuable suggestions for improving the resident experience even further. Every piece of feedback is an opportunity to see living from a new perspective. By listening carefully to our residents, we can create homes that combine functionality, comfort, and quality of life.

Together for a good cause

We wanted to combine gathering resident experiences with doing good. We promised to donate €1 to the Tukikummit Foundation for each response we received. With 636 responses, that means the same amount of support for children and young people.

The Tukikummit Foundation does important work to ensure that no child or young person is left out due to their family’s financial situation. The goal is to prevent exclusion before it starts, and support can make it possible to participate in hobbies, school trips, or obtain necessary hobby equipment. Even small support can mean everything – sometimes even change the course of a life. 🩷
